NYSHFA staff Executive Director of the Foundation for Quality Care Lisa Volk and Tarrah Quinlan Senior Director of Member Operations, Regulatory & Quality Services had the pleasure of presenting the Manager of the Year Award to Mark Halliday. Although he was unable to attend the awards ceremony in June due to annual survey, his outstanding contributions were proudly recognized at the facility’s luncheon at Waterview Hills Rehabilitation & Nursing Center.

Mark has served as Director of Engineering for both Waterview Hills Rehabilitation & Nursing Center and Salem Hills Rehabilitation & Healthcare for more than three decades. His colleagues say that his unwavering commitment and dedication, combined with his deep understanding of the campus, makes him an indispensable member of their team. His leadership, expertise, and years of service exemplify the qualities of an outstanding manager and a deserving recipient of this honor.
